A full-service experience

What do I offer:

I offer tutoring in the Grade 1-8 Math and Science courses as my specialty. Of all the educational streams in Elementary school Languages and Math are the most important success in school and the future. I also argue that in today's growing technological society it is important to have at the very least a base knowledge in STEM science streams. I do have the knowledge and capability to provide support in most subjects from Grade 1-8 as I focus on learning skill support. I help to focus on a student's ability to learn by strengthening their learning skills. 

I offer tutoring in the Grade 9-10 Math and Science courses. As with the Elementary streams it is just as important to continue learning and gaining knowledge in the STEM field. Most high school students will require a base knowledge in these courses when entering the world of work. I am also offering support for the EQAO grade 9 math test and the Grade 10 OSSLT tests that happen throughout the school year.

I am also offering tutoring in the Grade 11-12 Science courses. These courses will include: Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, Environmental Science, and Physics. For most career paths a Senior Science credit is required and I will make sure that I work with you to make sure they are well prepared for life beyond high school.

In my virtual tutoring sessions I will work with parents and students to make sure a deeper understanding of the material from class is obtained. I will also work with students to ensure their study habits will allow them to be successful in their class and future classes. The important aspect of any tutoring session is to listen to the student and find out how they learn and perceive their school experience. This will allow me to adapt and customize their tutoring session to meet their learning needs for success. I also provide follow up check ins with each student to make sure they are continuing their higher level of achievement.
