Tutoring support has been shown to close learning gaps and improve understanding.
All memberships run through a standard school year of September - June (10 months)
All memberships are billed annually and paid upfront before the benefits are applied. Upon purchasing a member plan you will receive an invoice/receipt with your "member level" on the receipt as well as the date range it is active.
Each rate discount shows what will be deducted from your standard hourly rate for each member level
Example: if your standard hourly support rate was $35/hr and you became a silver member all your sessions would have the new rate of $30/hr
Support emails are used when help is needed, but a full hour virtual session is not necessary. Sometimes students/adult learners will just require some support /clarification on a single question or task, the support email allows for assistance without needing a fully paid virtually session.
Example: A student is struggling with a question involving the quadratic equation, they email the question and EduTech provides a video response on how to approach the question, with step by step clarifications.
The Monthly billing option allows for the client to move from paying upfront at the start of each support session to receiving a monthly bill for all sessions within that month. It is not a mandatory feature and even as a Gold/Platinum member you can still choose to pay for all sessions upfront at the start of each session. If you choose the Monthly billing option you will receive an invoice at the end of each month showing your total owing (and you will receive a receipt once payment is received).
